What is Roof of the World Festival?

This will be an open-air festival in Khorog Central Park. We hope to have an audience of between 10000 and 13000 people with music from all over the Pamirs and surrounding region - (Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, China, North Pakistan, Afghanistan and possibly others).
